Shugo is the older of the twins and claim to have outgrew "The World" when he entered Junior High. When he found out he won the contest to play the Legendary character Kite he jump for the chance and got back to playing "The World." After meeting Sanjuro he start to get taught how to fight correctly in "The World" which help a lot for his fighting skills.
