She is the Mitsuki of the parallel world; Mitsuki Rara is the daughter of Hiroshi and Ayuko Rara. She is called Ms. Ra of the Rara Army and leads her robots to battle the U.N.. Mitsuki Rara developed an instant affection on Kazuki when she took care of him when he was injured in the battle and she even cooks for him. Kazuki began to like her too. She later joined the U.N. when Kazuki went back to the real world.
