Notes for WILLIAM BOYNTON:

William Boynton may possible be the son of Christopher Boynton. In my researching I have found that the first born son is usually named after the father's father in this Boynton line. I have located a possible William Boynton chr. May 1, 1725 in Elloughton With Brough, Yorkshire, England, son of Chr. Boynton. Batch number C109092. This town is about 11 miles west of Kingston upon Hull and approx. 30-35 miles southwest of Bridlington. There are very few possibilities of any other William Boyntons in this time era. Further research is needed. During my research of the Boynton and related families I have used a Pigot & Co's British Atlas - Counties of England - 1840. This atlas is a reproduction of the original Victorian cartography reproduced in 1997. these notes are by: Dana L.
