....It wasn't very big then! The links below will take you to some sample pages of City of Calgary maps from days gone by.
At the top of each page is a link back to here and between each map page. At the bottom of each page I may have a little text or reference to a date if known.

NOTE: Some of these images are large so be prepared for a small wait. They are 120K to 320K to maintain detail and some color.

The Fairview maps are both on the same page for comparison reasons. The top image is circa 1959 and the bottom image is about 1960.

I have made no effort to correct errors in color, Karma or flavour. It is as they saw it then and faded as they are now. What you see is pretty much as it was then but without having to fold the map and put it away, this one is on me.
