Arrival 8:30 am
Class I 9:00- 10:30
Class II 10:45 to 12:15
Lunch 12:15 to 1:15
Class III 1:15 to 2:45
Class IV 3:00 to 4:30

Classes I, II, IV will be physical workouts
Class III will be two presentations on the Art of Aikido followed by an open forum with students.
The cost of the workshop will be $8 to cover the cost of food and drinks for the day.
Students must sign up for the workshop in advance so we will know how much food to purchase.

You may sign up for the workshop up until Thursday April 10th.
