I suggest you download any images you want, then upload them into your own web host like boomspeed or geocities, that way you never lose the pic because someone else deleted it! Also, if you find something cool on angelfire, neopets won't allow it! To use it you would have to save it into your own host.

If you want the background to stay put while you scroll (a pretty cool trick!) just put bgproperties="fixed" inside the angle brakets when you write your background. Like this:
What REALLY makes your shop, pet page, or user lookup cool is CSS codes! W3 Schools is a good tutorial that lets you learn how to program CSS, or will just give you the code you need to do a specific task! If you have any trouble understanding how to use CSS for something specific, neomail tinita_f and she will help!
