English Computerized Learning Inc (ECL) was founded in 1995 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. ECL operates as a developer and distributor of professional high quality, interactive, multimedia ESL/EFL CALL materials.

Our mandate is to address both the demand for English pronunciation tools, and the demand, world-wide, for quality ESL materials. We develop professional quality interactive software utilizing user friendly interfaces and multimedia feedback delivered via CD ROM. During development, we maintain a focus on providing products that require the end user to possess only basic computer skills to successfully use and benefit from our software.
