Check out the links pages on Impaired, Braindead and Traumatized. These are my personal favourites at the moment, and they all have pretty cool links pages. Traumatized has also just recently added a great little distro.
For Britain's best underground noise/grind distro, go to Lo-Fi Or Die Records. E-mail them for a more up-to-date distro list; the last list they e-mailed me included a whole bunch of stuff not on the website (including the first Chaos Kill release!). Remember to use the correct e-mail address - the one in huge font won't work.
