Dragonball Z characters
- Cell
- The main male character of the story. He was a killer android who came from the future to find and absorb Androids 17 and 18. When he succeeded, he became perfect, and held the Cell Game to test his new powers. Unfortunantly for him, he was killed by the young Son Gohan and was sent to hell. A year later, a vengeful spirit named Surreal took away his perfection, brought him back to life, and sent him to Singing Mountain. He was found by San Rhapsody and San Masquerade, and the story began.
- Son Gohan
- The oldest son of Son Goku. When Gohan was little, he wanted to be a scholor, but that changed when the Earth was in peril and Piccolo trained the boy to be a warrior. Gohan always had a strange power that only appeared when he was strongly emotional, but it never reached its full potential until the Cell Game. When Cell tried killing Gohan, and then killing his loved ones, Gohan's powers reached their maximum and he killed Cell. He no longer holds any hatred in his heart for what Cell did to him and his friends, but he now takes the place of his dead father as Earth's savior. A dream of his father caused Gohan to travel to Singing Mountain.
- Piccolo
- A Namekian warrior who was once the Earth's guardian. He discovered Cell when the monster first came to Earth. The two were bitter rivals while Cell searched for the androids, but Piccolo tried his hardest to hunt down and kill Cell. In one battle where Cell almost killed Piccolo, the mighty Namek didn't fight Cell again until the Cell Game. A year later, Piccolo senced Cell's arrival on Singing Mountain and went to investigate.
- Yamcha
- Once a desert bandit, but now a successful baseball player. Yamcha was born and raised on Singing Mountain and raised by his noble father and older sister. Since the girls liked to pick on and harass Yamcha, the boy became frightened of women. He left the mountain to make his fortune and to get as far away from women as possible. He was discovered by Son Goku and Bulma when they were looking for the dragonballs. Bulma helped Yamcha overcome his fear of women, and the two became lovers. However, when Bulma married another man, Yamcha began living the life of a travelor going wherever and doing what he can to make the most of life. A year after the Cell Game, he came to Singing Mountain to visit his sister, Rice.
- Android 18
- Once a human, but was kidnapped by Dr. Gero and turned into an android. The only person she ever cared about was her brother, Android 17. The both of them were activated by Gero to destroy Son Goku, but they destroyed Gero instead. They both ran free around the Earth until they were captured by Cell. Cell absorbed both 17 and 18, but 18 fell in love with Kuririn before she died. During the Cell Game, a hard blow from Gohan caused Cell to regurgitate 18, bringing her back to life. When Cell died, 18 was free, but she moarned the loss of her beloved brother. One year after the Cell Game, 18 married Kuririn and they lived in the Kame House together. 18 was one month pregnant when she followed a massive army of dragon gods to Singing Mountain.
- Kuririn
- A bald Tibetian priest and a childhood friend of Son Goku. Although credited as the strongest man on Earth, he is kicked around a lot. He was always concidered a loser, mostly by women, so he never really got a break in his life. However, during the days of Cell's rampage, he fell in love with Android 18 just before she died. During the Cell Game, Kuririn participated to avenge 18's death. When 18 came back to life, he asked her to marry him and she accepted. A year later, he and 18 found a huge army of sea dragons heading for Singing Mountain. He followed his wife to be sure that she and their unborn child would be safe.
Princess Mononoke characters
- San Masquerade
- An American girl who migrated to the mountain for a place to live. She lived in Sancho City until Cell attacked it and killed her family and boyfriend. On Singing Mountain, she found many friends who became her new family. One year after the Cell Game, she felt Cell's arrival and went with San Rhapsody to investigate. She agreed to take the injured android to her house to help him recover. Overtime, she fell in love with him, and the story began.
- San Rhapsody
- The high priestess of the wolf clan. Her real name is Maria Madrid, but she goes by her unusual nickname, Chaos Rhapsody. She is a kind soul, who dedicated her life to the ways of the Mononoke. Not much is known about the priestess, except she has a connection with a high priest of the raven clan.
- San Miaka
- A kind, spiritual medicine woman. Specializing in the old Pagan and Shinto arts, she cures the sick and is a specialist in spirits and ghosts. She spends most of her time making healing potions or sealing away evil spirits in Kage's Cave. She was born and raised on Singing Mountian, and was once a high priestess, but turned down the position when she lost her young neice's life to an angry ghost. Masquerade is apprenticed under Miaka to be a medicine woman and spell caster, and the two have become good friends. Miaka also becomes a friend of Cell's during his stay on Singing Mountain.
- Sir Biso
- A high priest of the dragon clan. He followed Osa Gami to Singing Mountain to destroy Cell. The army he led was killed by a demon, and Biso would have died too if Masquerade didn't save him.
- Sir Marcus
- A high priest of the raven clan. He has a connection to San Rhapsody.
- Akimo
- A spirit that roams a part of the mountain known as the Shishi Gami Realm. He is said to be the reincarnation of the Shishi Gami, the god of life and death.
- Surreal
- Little is known about Surreal...
Animal Gods
- Moro-sama
- A gigantic wolf god who is the dominant deity of Singing Mountain. She is the grandaughter of Moro Gami (aka Moro no Kimi), and is much like her in both appearance and personality. She is more sympathetic to humans, unlike her mighty grandmother, and had many children. She is very wise and motherly to her priestesses, treating them all as though they were more of her cubs. She keeps a close eye on San Masquerade as the young priestess cares for the monstrous Cell.
- Amaroq
- One of Moro-sama's three brothers. Amaroq is the domonate male wolf of Singing Mountain, having half as many cubs as Moro. He is very strict and traditional, and rather grumpy at times. He absolutely hates strangers, and doesn't take very kindly to Cell or Masquerade's intentions to help him.
- Ghen
- One of Moro-sama's older sons. Ghen appears to be the reincarnation of Moro Gami, his great-grandmother. He has two tails, just like she did, and snow white fur. He becomes a friend of Masquerade's when she first became a priestess, and her most trusted wolf. He doesn't like Cell very much, and wants him to leave the mountian as soon as possible.
- Amon
- San Rhapsody's wolf. Amon is also the oldest son of Amaroq. He is alike Ghen, quiet and serious. Amon doesn't like Cell because of the android's reputation, but he has not made this hatred known yet. He is always faithful to Rhapsody, and will walk by her side through the gates of hell if needed be.
- Yume
- The youngest pup of Moro-sama. She is only a month old, and very young and naive. She admires Cell very much, becoming his #1 fan.
- Osa Gami
- The supreme dragon god. He ruled the seas where he and his tribe lived. However, their home was destroyed by Cell when he searched for Android 18. Osa vowed revenge for those that died in the destruction. A year later, he senced Cell's return, and took an army with him to destroy Cell on Singing Mountain. He failed when his army was killed by a demon.
- Suzaku-sama
- The supreme raven of the raven tribe. He came to the mountain with Osa Gami to kill Cell and to destroy the wolf tribe. He wanted revenge for thousands of years ago, when the ravens waged a war with the wolves to destroy the people of the mountain. The ravens lost, and Suzaku decided that Cell's arrival hailed the fall of the wolf clan.
- Shishi Gami(The Forest Spirit)
- Six thousand years ago, he was the god of life and death, the last of four. During the day, he was a deer-like creature, and at night he was a gigantic spirit known as the Night Walker. He was killed by Eboshi, and he turned into a destructive demon. His enraged soul was laid to rest, and peace was brought to the land. Six thousand years later, he was resurrected as the Night Walker.
