Princess Mononoke information

I'm not really one to brag...but "Singing Mountain" is the most well known of all my fanfiction works.   I get lots of e-mails about certain things, and I wanted to share the most frequently asked questions with you guys. Here they are.

Where is Singing Mountain?

On the DBZ map, Singing Mountain is a part of a mountain range called the Wolf Jaw and is nine hundred miles from West City.   The Wolf Jaw borders the desolate plains from the ice covered Zulmyzulbri Mountains (where Piccolo likes to train.)   Don't go looking for it on the DBZ map if you have a copy, since the story of Singing Mountain is a fanfic.

How big to the wolf gods get?

A very good question.   Well, in the movie Princess Mononoke, Moro Gami (the big mama wolf) was four times the size of a human.   See?   I believe that's how big a Mononoke god can get, since the boar god Okkotonushi (Okkoto in the dub) was about that size too.   However, puppies come up to a human's knee when they're young and grow from there.   A lot of the wolves are big enough for a person to sit on their backs and ride them like horses.

Who is Ashitaka and San?

They are the main characters of the movie Princess Mononoke.   We don't get to really meet them in Singing Mountain, since the fanfic takes place six thousand years after the movie.   Ashitaka is a warrior who traveled from the far east to clense the demon burn on his arm.   San was the very first Mononoke priestess, since the gods were bent on the destruction of the humans and avoided contact with them.   They both met in the movie, and joined forces to save their peoples from death and bring peace to the forest.   For further info, watch Princess Mononoke.

What do the other Z fighters have to do with this?

Not much, really.   I thought Cell could use a helping hand fighting Surreal.   Piccolo came to Singing Mountain to investigate the strange power level he senced (which was Cell).   Gohan got a warning from his father to go to the mountain, and he met Cell.   18 and Kuririn (Krillin) follow the dragon gods to the mountain and kinda got swept up in the plot.   Yamcha (in my fic) was born and raised on Singing Mountain, and was visiting his sister during the story.   They all help out Cell around the climax of the story.

Who is Masquerade?

Uh, that would be me.   Yes, I put myself in the story cause I couldn't come up with a better character for Cell to fall in love with.   In every respect, the girl is me exactly (looks and all).

What was this "surprise" you were going on about?

Read chapter 18.

What are kodama, and why is Cell so scared of him?

Why, they're these little guys!   Aren't they cute?   As for why Cell is scared of them...I dunno.   Why don't you ask him?

How come San Rhapsody gets the full face mask?

A very obsessed Princess Mononoke fan (who asked me not to name her) asked me this.   Well, San Rhapsody was the high priestess and she needs something to tell her apart from the other priestesses.   So, lower ranking priestesses have masks that cover half their face (their eyes and nose) in respect of the first San (whose full face mask was shot off, so she modified it to make it a half mask).

Will Cell and Masquerade EVER kiss? It's driving me nuts!

Ah, my most common of questions.   Well, of course they're going to kiss.   It's kinda funny how they get interupted just before they get started, eh?   Well, I'm saving the best moment for last (and I currently have one more chapter to go before the whole story is finished) so hang in there.   They will kiss!   I promise!
