Here's some pictures of me, my travels, and my home. At the moment, the house is a construction zone. It was built in 1928. The electrical wiring still consists of the extremely old Knob & Tube wires. It all has to be ripped out and I want to put a new 20Amp circuit into each of the 4-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. All of the windows are going to be replaced. The interior walls are going to be torn out and new dry-wall installed. The kitchen is going to be gutted and updated. The original Oak floors are going to need resurfaced. The front porch and walk are going to be tiled. I'm going to till up the entire yard and plant new grass. In the back, I'm going to install a new deck with a hot-tub and BBQ. The fencing on the West and South side of the property is rotting. So, I'm going to put up the nice white vinyl privacy fencing that never needs painting. And finally, I'm thinking about putting in a three-car covered parking in the back. Clearly, all of this is going to take a LOT of time and money. But, it will be a place that I'm proud to call home for years to come.
