Welcome to my Web site!

Thanks for stopping in.  This site is dedicated to my daughter Kiersten D. Albrecht.  She was stolen from me piece by piece by her mother back in 1999.

Kiersten, if you are reading this, DADDY LOVES YOU!!!  You've been in my prayers ever since you were born.  Every thing that I've done has been to make you proud of me.  Someday, I hope to see you again and give you a big hug like I'm never going to let you go.  I miss you SO much!

  • I was born and raised in Miami, Florida on January 21st, 1969.

  • In 1980, at the age of 12, I was certified to SCUBA dive.

  • I took flying lessons in 1987.  Unfortunately, I left for boot camp before I was able to take my final test to get my pilots license.

  • After boot camp in Orlando, Florida, I went to Millington Tennessee for Electronics School and served the remainder of my enlistment in San Diego, California.

  • After separating from the Navy in 1992, I moved back to Miami, Florida for four years.

  • In 1993, I attained the level of Master SCUBA Diver Trainer.

  • In 1995, I discovered what would become my profession for more than a decade, Information Technology.  In the mornings, I attended school to attain my Certified Novell Engineer certification.  In the evenings, I worked as a phone sales agent/help desk technician for a company called Tiger Direct.  They are still in business today and appear to be doing well.

  • Looking for a change in life, I moved to Fort Collins, Colorado, in 1996.

  • On June 1st, 1998, my daughter Kiersten was born.  Ever since then, my every decision has been based on the question: what is in Kierstens best interest?  Kiersten, sweetheart, I have so many adventures to tell you about.

  • I've heard it said that the best revenge is living well.  If that's true, then revenge is sweet.  Because, I have lived well.

  • In 2002, I reenlisted into the US Navy Reserves.  As a result, I have been able to travel extensively.  I have been to the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York.  I have been to the Missile Defense Agency in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  I have been to Portland, Oregon.  I have been to Pohang, South Korea.  I have been to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.  And, I have been to Camp Adder, Iraq, where I will be until the Fall of 2007.

  • I have achieved some very admirable accomplishments.  In January, 2004, I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology.  Then, in February 2005, I bought a house in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  In April 2005, I bought a 2004 model Ford Ranger pickup truck.  The Navy sent me to Kuwait in July 2005 and I came home in March 2006.  After only 5 months back in the United States, I took a 12-month employment contract in Iraq.  By the time I return, I will have paid off my credit cards, my truck, AND my house.

  • Kiersten, Iraq is NOT a nice place.  But, it will provide me the money that I need be near you.  When you are old enough to decide for yourself, I hope and pray that you want to come spend time with me and make up for lost time.
