Ch. Desert Rose Sarea Masai

Masai came to live with us eight years ago and his presence has changed our lives. He was a gentle, sweet soul that genuinely loved to be around people. He was bred by Tom and Judy Lauer of Desert Rose Salukis and was co-owned with Beverly Griffith of Sarea Salukis.

He was pointed in Canada.

We were very excited about the litter that he sired
out of Carole Beyerle's lovely bitch, Phoebe, Ch. Excelsior Sno Problem. Three weeks after the puppies were born, Masai died suddenly of Hemangiosarcoma. Our hearts were broken but we now have his beautiful little daughter, "Harley" Honeywood Ultra Classic, here at Honeywood to help heal the pain.
