This is Melody. Her registered name is Oreia's Special Edition
(BIS Ch. Cypress Shaken Not Stirred x Am. Can. Ch. Oreia's
Summerwind Photomate). She is probably the most intelligent
animal I have ever owned. She has an inquisitive mind and
needs to be entertained constantly. She is fiercely independent,
unless being sociable suits her purpose. For the first 2½ years
of her life, she was a real handful, but she has developed into a
delightful, comical and beautiful addition to our family. It was well
worth the challenge. Melody was bred by Bruce and Rosemary
Sutton of Summerwind Afghans and Claudia Jakus of Oreia
Afghans and is co-owned with Claudia.
