Gabriel Byrne has written one book, Pictures in My Head, which constitutes a series of essays about his life and thoughts. In addition for that, he has done audio versions of books and poems by the likes of James Joyce and William Butler Yeats and is now writing a novel, The Woman Who Danced with JFK.
