We just had the most beautiful sunset

Well the in class critquing actually went pretty well. Not nearly as stressful as I had anticipated. It was actually kind of fun.  So that was cool. My worries about my pic not being good enough turned out to be silly. My pic was basically up to par with the rest of the class. Except this one girl who totally blew the rest of us out of the water. But her pic was incredible to say the least. So with one critquing under my belt. I at least now  know what to expect for the next one. For I wasn't really sure (being the first one) what was expected of me. So I basically followed the assignment to the letter. Next time I'll be a bit more creative, go out of the lines a little =)

It's been snowing.....ugh. I HATE driving this time of year. But it was kind of a birthday present for Shawn. He loves that it's been snowing. Especially since he's been itching to go snowmachining since ohhhh, the last snow melted (brat). I love the snow too, don't get me wrong, just not the scary icey kind....lol. He turned 32 this week woo-hoo. "Go Shawn, go shawn, it's your birthday it's your birthday" Ok don't mind me. =P I didn't really get him anything. (bad wife) But he's so hard to buy for, and he always wants the spendy stuff. So instead I made him a very nice breakfast in bed (my world famous french toast) and then gave him, well, a pipe cleaning he won't soon forget.....lol.

Actually that seemed to just be the beginning of the bedroom games. For I think I must be ovulating or something. Cause I have been beyond hornie all week. Luckily for me, Shawn's been around...lol or I'd be going nutty =) He's off from work for the next couple of weeks. And whenever that happens we tend to hardly ever make it out of the bedroom. Does wonders for the housework....lol. I know it seems incredibly silly and sorta decadent. But there's not much I love better then just laying in his arms like forever. All snuggled up and naked, with his body heat warming mine. We don't even have to be making love (that's just gravy, really good gravy.....lol) just being together, close and connected like that makes everything right. (Heavy sighs and butterflies) I can be such a girl at times =)

My poor car is broken. Stupid thing, exactly a year out of warranty. There's got to be a law against that...ugh. What's that saying "If it doesn't rain it pours"  anyways =) I guess the engine is pretty much gone. But I'll know more in a couple of days. We ended up having to ship it down to Anchorage to be fixed. Nobody in town is really qualified for major Saturn engine work. I'm really bummed. That's money I really don't want to be spending. Hopefully it doesn't need a whole new engine or that will really cost. Keep you posted.....
