Brad writes: "I'm almost there!! Frame came back looking great! Just waiting on a new set of bars, due this week, bought a new BMX from Kmart and grabbed the rear wheel, cranks, chain, & front brakes off it, worked out cheaper than buying parts separately. Sissy bar/head stem are reproduction items, also purchased new head tube kits (X2!!)Had a bit of fun getting the right parts as there has been a cup size change many years ago, managed to get the right size bearings/cups after a rummage at the local bike shops 'left overs section' Springs/spring lock/seat-tube/and kick stand have been sprayed gloss black. Have polished original head badge and am waiting frame stickers from a guy in your home land! Bike really looks great now, can't wait to finish it fully. I'll send more pics once fully completed."
