Heisler's Creative Stitchery Favorite Links

The sites listed below are ones that had a lot to do with the building of this site. Without each of them, I never would have gotten this far. A big thank you to each! I've listed them in the order in which I found them on the web. Click on the graphics to go to that site.
I've had so much fun learning about Paint Shop Pro. I hope you'll have a look at these sites and decide to try this fun program!

You'll also find links to favorite craft and tatting sites. If you'd like to swap links please email me.

Just click the buttons before each listing to go to that link. Right click it with your mouse and choose 'open in a new window' or hold down the shift key and click the link if you want to keep my site open too.

www.ed2go.com-This is where I first started to take classes to learn how to write HTML code. I took them thru my local community college's online course. I enjoyed them so much that I signed on for the Creating Web Graphics class, which introduced me to Paint Shop Pro. The classes aren't free but as a beginner they were perfect for me.

www.corel.com-This is the software company that makes Paint Shop Pro. It is a great program at a great price. When Jasc owned the program there was a ton of great info at the company site but now that Corel owns it, there's less. Luckily there are still groups and web pages out there who love to share info. Warning! PSP is very addictive and lots of fun!

www.putertutor.net-I found this site on the links page at Jasc. There are so many links listed here to Paint Shop Pro tutorials on the web and all the info is really helpful.

www.pspimaginarium.com-I have taken the free classes here and really enjoyed them. They last six weeks with 5 lessons and 1-2 bonus lessons per week. There classes for beginners and intermediates. The tutorials are lots of fun! I have a link on my bjstitches site to my finished homework and other graphics I've made. I have checked the site recently and can't tell if they are still having lessons.

www.webtechu.com-This is the third place I've taken classes. There are only 5 lessons and you have 2 weeks to finish them. Even though I had taken the classes at ed2go and pspimaginarium, I still learned more about Paint Shop Pro here. There are PSP 101 and 201, and classes on html.

Artistry in PSP-I found this site in 2003. They have classes for novice and intermediate users and Holiday classes. Though new, they have really great people who want to help you learn. Here's a link to my classwork site. A quick note: They now charge for classes but so do many other sites that used to be free. Artistry seems to have the lowest cost.

-This link is for my bjstitches site. Here you'll find pictures of dolls, bears, quilts, and more that I've made and my PSP homework pages. I'll hope you'll drop by and see some of my work!
