6/3/2002 - GREAT NEWS....Xena is returning to Channel Ten next week. I have confirmed that the show will be screening in ALL States. Starting on the 14th of March with the episode "COMING HOME". These are un-cut episodes screening at 1am in the Morning.

-Just to let you all know, I didn't send my Petition to Network Ten. I may still send it so that they know there is support for Xena and that we will be watching it. Good-on-yah Channel Ten!

5/3/2002 - Good News....Word from AUSXIP says Season Six of Xena is set to air on the 14th March at 1pm on Channel Ten....But the bad News is it's only in Sydney at this stage. So there is hope for us all who, including myself are living in other states. I'll bring you any new news.

17/2/2002 - Currently my Petition stands at "320" Signatures. Thanks to everyone who have signed. Also I'm looking to get in contact with the person who signed "320" who stated that Channel Ten will not be screening Xena but Channel Seven were going to pick up the rights and screen Season Five through to the end of Season Six. This person didn't leave a name or email and I'd like to know where this information came from. So if you are this person Please Email Me. Thank you. That statement gives hope to the screening of Season Six!

28/10/2001 - Sorry folks. I haven't been able to get any new news out of Channel Ten. There website is down for a new look and has been for the past 3 or more weeks. The Petition isn't going very strong at the moment. Hopefully it will pick up once the Channel Ten website message boards are back up, and I'll keep posting the link there. 26/8/2001 - For the past month I've had no luck with getting a reply from Network Ten concerning Xena. I will continue to email in hope that I'll get another reply stating that Xena is still returning. So to help this along, today I've set up an online Petition. Please visit the Petition and sign it and show your support, and this maybe will give the Network an idea that we Xena fans are still out there and are not going to give up.
-Also I've searched the web and found contacts to all Network Ten stations so it might be a good idea if people could complain to them and show their support. Here are the phone numbers and addresses....Which can be found at the bottom of this page.

19/7/2001 - Another email I've sent to Channel Ten has came back with a reply, and I am so sure that we will see the Sixth Season of Xena very soon. Here is what it said;
Thanks for your email. Xena will be returning later this year. I'm trying to get a start date or even a month to expect it's return, but that is the best they can do.

30/6/2001 -Well it was only a rumour. False. Thank God. After I heard the news, I emailed Channel Ten and today I received a reply and this is what it said:
Thanks for your email. Network Ten own the rights to Season 6 of Xena it will be played later in the year.

28/6/2001 - No wonder they haven't replied to any of my last three emails I sent them last week. News out from the station is that they don't even have the rights to screen the Sixth Season. What's Going On??????

2/6/2001 - Well it took them at least three months to reply to me, but I finally received the reply the other day which stated that Xena will return later in the year. Let's all hope. But we do not have to wait that long too see Xena on Channel Ten. 8:00pm Wednesday, Lucy Lawless will guest star on the show "Just Shoot Me".

28/3/2001 - I've emailed Channel Ten again and with each email, it seems to sound better for us Aussie Xenites. Well this is what they wrote: Thanks for your email. Xena will return in the future, please keep a lookout in your local TV guide.

12/3/2001 - This is great news! By the sounds of this email I was sent today it looks like we will be seeing Season 6 very soon. But don't quote me. We still may have to wait another 4 or 5 months. Here is the email: Thanks for your email. Yes that is still the case, we do not have a date yet, please keep a lookout in your local TV guide.

19/2/2001 - Channel Ten are still to receive the season on tape.
Check out the Simpsons Guest Poll on the Network Ten Site. There are four options and one of them is Xena. When I last looked Xena was coming in last with 16%. Vote now at: http://www.ten.com.au. You will find it on the front page. You may need to refresh the page because they have a couple over polls going as well.

16/2/2001 - I received another email from Channel Ten Today: Thanks for your email. We will be buying season 6 of Xena, it will probably be played later in the year either during school holidays at midday or at a late night/early morning time slot.

9/2/2001 - I emailed Channel Ten the other day concerning Season 6. The reply I got was exactly the same as the one below. I guess we will get to see the season after all.

4/2/2001 - Here is the email: Series 6 is yet to be delivered. When it is, it is likely to be schedule as per late last year - early AM on Saturday (i.e.: Friday night) or possibly the 1am timeslot on Tuesdays. It won't be scheduled until our commitment to these
timeslots are fulfilled (and more importantly the series is delivered).
Foxtel is showing another Xena-Rama from February 5 - Xena for three hours every day from 10:30 pm and 7:30 pm Mondays in the segment Cool Summer Chicks. So if you have Foxtel - you're going to be watching Xena Season 2. Darn I need Foxtel!

3/2/2001 - It's rumoured that Channel Ten have a new programming manager, and that he or she is looking to boost women role models on television. But Here's The Good News: According to programming, the network has yet to receive season 6 of the series, and when they do they may put it on at 4:00am again on Saturday morning or on Tuesday morning. But this will not happen until the end of the year. Looks promising doesn't it.

18/1/2001 - Today I received a reply from Network Ten by email. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and they finally decided to reply. There is still no hope on the return of Xena to Australian television. This is what the message said:
Thanks for your email. Unfortunately at this point in time, there is no current
plans to broadcast the series Xena.

I started an online Petition to show Channel Ten that there was still support for Xena in Australia and that we were all waiting to see the final season of the show. Xena's Sixth Season was finally screened and I never got around to sending the Petition to the Network. Thanks to every one who signed!
