AFTER DRAINING THE COOLANT, AND REMOVING THE HEAD, YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE TOP OF THE JUG IS REALLY CLEAN TO ALLOW FOR THE O-RINGS TO WORK PROPERLY.
IT'S ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA TO STUFF A RAG INTO THE CYLINDER PRIOR TO INSTALLING. THIS HELPS OUT A LOT IN THE EVENT THAT YOU SHOULD DROP ANYTHING DOWN THEM!!. YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE STOCK HEAD STUDS WITH THE NEW ONES PROVIDED WITH THE HEAD. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE TOOLS FOR REMOVING HEAD STUDS, USE TWO NUTS BACK TO BACK TO EXTRACT THE STOCK ONES. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO REVERSE THIS PROCEDURE WHEN PUTTING THE NEW ONES IN.
THE EASIEST WAY TO PUT ALL OF THESE PIECES TOGETHER IS TO START BY PUTTING THE DOMES RIGHT OVER THE CYLINDERS FIRST. MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT THE NOTCH TOWARDS THE FRONT OF THE JUG! (THESE ARE 20CC DOMES)
ANOTHER GOOD THING TO REMEMBER IS TO HAVE SOME HIGH TEMP GREASE HANDY. USE THIS TO HOLD THE O-RINGS IN PLACE SO THEY DON'T FALL OUT WHEN THEY'RE UPSIDE DOWN. LOOK AT THAT BUSTER!!!

THE BACK OF THE COOL HEAD IS THE HARDEST PART TO DO. YOU HAVE TO RECONNECT IT TO THE TINY HOSE IN THE BACK. JUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU LOOSEN THE CLAMP ALL THE WAY, AND HAVE PATIENTS! IT HELPS A LOT TO HAVE A BUDDY TO HELP OUT WITH THIS PART.
