AVAM is a non-profit corporation in the U. S. state of New Mexico. Membership is open to any person or institution. You don’t have to be an artist or musician.

Because we are encouraging people to better the esthetic lives of others more or less locally, our overhead is relatively low, but we do have expenses and we are actively seeking financial support and other support in kind. Some of the things we need are PA equipment, transportation (vehicles and upkeep), grant writing, computers (hardware, software, internet connection, set-up assistance), promotion, secretarial help, musical equipment and maintenance, etc. If you would like to help in these or other ways, let us know what you can do or give and we'll try to work something out.

Annual memberships:
....Budget: $10.00; Regular: $25.00; Donor $100.00.

Life memberships:
....Life Member: $1,000.00; Benefactor: $5,000.00; Angel: $10,000.00.

Each member receives a certificate of membership and is placed on our mailing list (list will not be shared with others). Angels will, with their permission, have their names on our letterhead. A limited number of Founding Members have also been created for those of us who are doing the start-up work. Additional member benefits (newsletter, events, CDs, etc.) will be developed as time goes on, but the primary benefit is helping others.
