"Santa Cruz", it may make you think of the place "Santa Cruz" where is in California or Spain. But now what I am talking about is a 19-year-old footballer who comes from Paraguay, and now he is playing for Bayern Munich. He is Roque Santa Cruz.
You may ask me why I choose Roque as the one to talk about among the other footballers. Well, I first saw him in Copa America and he did very well. He scored 3 goals there. As for his young age and he just played for the national team not for a long time, this had been a very good result.
Now I can see him in "die Bundesliga". Although he doesn't score that much, still he plays well. I believe that if Paraguay could participate in World Cup 2002, Roque must play so well that he can be a well-known star then!
