For the Earthian
Earthian is the story of two angels, Chihaya and Kagetsuya, who are investigating the Earthian to see if they should let them live or not. Chihaya is charged with the task of finding 10,000 'pluses' (good things) about the Earthian while Kagetsuya looks for 10,000 minuses. Chihaya is a sweet natured angel and he constantly gets involved in the Earthians' problems in an attempt to solve them. Usually he just digs himself into a hole he can't get out of and Kagetsuya has to save him. But Chihaya has even more problems than just being naive and meddlesome. On Eden, their home planet, he is despized for having black wings and hair. All the other angels have white wings, and while some of them have dark coloured hair, they don't have black. Angels who have a certain disease have wings that turn black right before they die, but Chihaya doesn't have the disease.
Another twist is the relationship Kagetsuya and Chihaya have. While they are friends, it doesn't take them long (well, Kagetsuya) to realize there is something quite a bit deeper than that to it. However, homosexuality is a sin punishable by death on Eden. Not that that's really stopping anyone...
