About Chobits

Chobits is another of CLAMP's fine works. It is the story of a persacom named Chi (that cute little girl in the layout). She is supposed to be a personal computer, but when Hideki (a poor college student wannabe) finds her, she can only say 'chi' and doesn't understand anything. He teaches her a lot of things, like speach and manners, and it's overall very cute.

In the beginning.

Chobits is actually very dark and at times a little creepy. I wish someone would have told me this when I first started reading it, then I would have been prepared. >.> It ends happily, though, so if you are thinking of discarding the series from your reading list, don't. Love it, as I have loved it.
