Painting With Style for Kids & Teens
(age 8 and up) Monday - Friday, August 6,7,8,9,10; 5 Days

Dribble, flick, dab, and dive into the many styles of modern art! In this week-long acrylic painting class, we will look at some “slightly wacky” painting styles that have made it into the history books. Students will have fun with Warhol, Pollock, Rothko, and others, while pursuing their own unique style. Students will complete at least one original painting per day. Returning instructor, artist, and Young Rembrandts Master Teacher, Amy Spiders, will work with each student on an individual basis to unleash his or her creative best. All levels are welcome. Supplies will be provided, including paint, brushes, and large painting boards. Students should bring a sketchbook and pictures of people and objects they find interesting. Please wear old clothes, and bring a snack every day.
