The famous Best 10 presenter in the 80s, Ms. Koyanagi announced the historical 12 years' count down. One song was selected to represent each year from 1978 ~ 1989. Akina also appeared in this program and represented 1982 with her Shojo A. Akina sang the song which she hardly does nowadays.
