network and will provide In Flight Entertainment services to cabin
passengers with broadband satellite Internet access.

3Com Corporation, Santa Clara, CA – Firewall testing and evaluation of 3Com residential
products division –Set up a new test lab for evaluation of residential and
small office firewalls. This involved the design and setup of two networks
with WinNT4.0 Server with Microsoft Internet Information Server, Win2000
Server as a Web server, Win98 Client, Win95 Client, 3 Linux boxes to serve
as attack machines and as Web servers. Installed Linux server with Samba file server for
Windows clients.
Researched, downloaded, modified, compiled a suite of hacker attack
programs:
Evaluated the performance of several new
firewall products (3Com and others) by subjecting them to Stealth scans and
Denial of Service attacks using the above listed attacks and determining
the success or failure of each attack using the Network Monitor as a
sniffer on the Wan and Lan side of the network.

2000 – Project Manager of
Installation and setup of communication link between Nellis AFB and
Indian Springs AFB for ASR and PAR radar installations. Designed network security and
setup of two Windows NT networks, with routers and internet access, which
will share the same communication media with the radar communication links. Setup and provided connectivity for
local Radar image to be incorporated into national Air Force radar
composite picture providing radar image of all Air Force installations in
the U.S.

Conducted a Certification and Accreditation of the Hanscom Air Force
base metropolitan area network.
United States State Department – U.S. Embassy - Bogotá, Columbia,
South America.
Designed
and implemented security architecture for embassy network. Upgraded entire network two Windows
NT domains residing in two separate locations joining the Embassy with the
Military Group by a secure encrypted connection. Integrated twelve separate
operating Windows networks (250 nodes) into two new NT domains (two
physical locations) without interruption of service. Moved twelve separate
Windows 3.11 Email systems into the worldwide U.S. State department global
MS Mail system. Integrated two new domains into the existing State
department Worldwide WAN.
