As it said on her button,Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon exists only in the manga.
She appeared only briefly in the manga, but powers were mainly controlling vines and that sort of thing. She got killed by the Amazon Quartet. She did not appear in a human form. I still know little about her but as I read the manga (still need to do that ^^;;) I'll be able to know more.
