Features   Explanation
Initial Requirement Consultation - It includes gathering the requirement of site purpose, layout, features, and clarifying the customer requirement.
Number of web pages - It is the maximum number of pages that the site will consist of.
- One web page is equivalent to an 8x11 page when printed.
- Customer should provide all the text contents for the website (e.g. company information) in a suitable electronic format (e.g. MS Word 2002, MS Word 2000, MS Word 97, or text format).
Unlimited links - There is no limit on the number of hyperlink for each web page. 
- Customer should provide the URL of each link for the website.
Meta Tags set up - This includes meta tags (keyword and title) that optimized for search engines at your Home page.
- Customer should provide most of the keywords and/or keyword phases in a suitable electronic format (e.g. MS Word 2002, MS Word 2000, MS Word 97, or text format).
Graphics/Photos - Customer provides graphic images or photos that will be embedded in the web pages in GIF or JPEG format, by email or on disk. Or allow us to select the appropriate clip art from our resourceful library.
Image enhancement - It includes retouching and/or cropping images, converting bitmap format into GIF or JPEG format. We will then optimize all images for a minimum download time.
Rollovers - It is an effect which when user moves the mouse over an image, another image will appears in the same position.
- We use JavaScript to make the rollover effect (i.e. swapping the images).
Custom Image Buttons - It is a user clickable button with the customer defined image, icon, or picture.
- If there is a rollover effect on the button, the rollover effect counts as another button.
Feedback form - It is a form that collects your end user’s feedback.
- It may contain up to 20 fields and it includes simple validation on user inputs using JavaScript.
- Customer should provide the link (URL) to the customer specific backend program, which processes the data collected from the end user.
Number of custom forms - It is the maximum number of custom form that the website will consist of. A custom form is a form that collects information from the users based on the customer requirement.
- A custom form may contain up to 20 fields and it includes simple validation on user input using JavaScript.
- Customer should provide the link (URL) to the customer specific backend program, which processes the data collected from the end user.
Animated GIF - It is a simple animated image in GIF format with a maximum size of 125 pixels in width and 125 pixels in height.
- Customer should provide at least one sample graphic in GIF, JPEG, or BITMAP format. We will base on the supplied graphic(s) to create the animated GIF.
Image map - It is an image with hyperlinks. User can click on different areas of the image and be linked to different URL destinations.
- Customer should provide the image in GIF or JPEG format.
Graphic design - It includes converting BITMAP format into GIF or JPEG format, retouching and/or cropping images, designing and creating icons, banner, logo, and/or small images in GIF or JPEG format.
- Depending on the complexity, the work out effort may vary. For example, the work out effort may be reduced if customer provides the graphics in GIF or JPEG format.
Web design and HTML programming - It includes designing the overall website architecture as well as individual web pages, and building the web pages in HTML code.
CD-ROM - A copy of the website source codes including all graphics in a CD-ROM.
