Keiichi is a student at Nekomi Institute of Technology. He is the driver for the Nekomi Institute of Technology's Automobile Club. He is short, a little shy, cannot swim, and does not have a girlfriend until he meets Belldandy. He is also no stranger to accidents, for he falls off roofs, comes close to getting hit by cars, and much more, quite often. Keiichi and Belldandy were good friends as children so it comes as no surprise that they have feelings for each other now.
