Woodsprites, the world shudders at they're coming, no they aren't incredibly evil, they don't have fearsome powers, and they aren't ugly and disgusting.  They're just too cute.  Woodsprites are the most carefree and fun loving of all the races, they are total innocents, or so they may seem, Woodsprites infact are the greatest thieves you will ever behold.
And though this is true they are still somewhat innocent, for the wide eyed smiling faces that they put on are very genuine, they know nothing of fear, subterfuge, pain or suffering, and they all have permanent sunny dispositions.
Their style of thievery is an art all its own, and you can't ask a Woodsprite to teach you how to steal either, because he simply hasn't the foggiest idea.  It's so casual that he doesn't know what he's done until he searches his pouches much later.
People are very wary when a Woodsprite enters the scene, the slightest brush could mean your whole days salary ending up in one of their many voluminous pockets.
Woodsprites also love to tell much embellished stories about their exploits.

    Woodsprites live in forest's and by running rivers, they are on good terms with the Elves and they have a special love for fairies, the only village that is totally populated by Woodsprites is Sprites home at the edge of the Dengar woods on Norinthern Kuso.  They have no form of government or leaders, since they never stay in one place for more then a few days anyway it would only be an encumbrance.

Nickname: Snot nosed brats

Character Creation: All Woodsprites have thief skill, no matter what.  Other then that they usually just wander around the world exploring new places and looking for adventure, they all have a burning curiosity that is insatiable.  Woodsprites like to attach themselves to an interesting person and follow them around, whether they like it or not, they are terrible judges of character but they have such winning personalities that they usually befriend the person, after getting yelled at repeatedly of course.
Woodsprites prefer mental and social traits.

Appearance: Woodsprite are all small of stature, the tallest one is about 4' 5", they have long poofy hair (Of any color) and large childlike eyes (also of any color), little button noses and round smiling faces.  Their cheeks are always tattooed, the tattoo is a tribal marking signifying their families surname.  They prefer to wear loose fitting clothing with lots and lots of pouches.

Starting Stats: 5 inWillpower, 3 in Ability Points, they get 26 freebie points to spend on character generation.

Life Span: 130 years.  (Blessedly)

Weakness: Woodsprites all have a deep-seated need to steal, or wander off into un-explored, and often dangerous territory.  "Curiosity killed the cat, but I'm not a cat" is a Woodsprites basic credo.
Whenever something interesting, or distracting comes along to tempt him the player must roll his Willpower Difficulty his Willpower+2.
