The lords of the skies!  Fallen Angels.  No one knows the origins of the mysterious Skie-Jin, not even the Skie-Jin themselves.
Their past is shrouded in mystery, but as far an anyone can tell they have been abroad in the world since after the sundering, many have searched far and wide for the reclusive city of the Skie-Jin but none have succeeded, very few land dwellers have ever seen the fable city of the Skie-Jin, it is no where to be found on Realm, because it floats in the sky.
A large floating island in the sky, Tiraan is a city supported by the magick of the Sky Gem, thousands of years ago a pure crystal found in a stalactite cave by Dwarves deep beneath the surface, it was as clear and refracted light in the purest silver.  The most powerful spells of wind and levitation were cast upon it, and  many binding spells, then the huge crystal was placed in the center of the island and it separated itself from the rest of Realm and flew high in the sky.

    The Skie-Jin themselves rarely had reason to go Realms surface, after the disappearance of the Ryu-Jin they lost all ties with the land dwelling races, but then a day came which shook the very heavens, the people of the land spoke of a boy who could become a Dragon, large and golden, the boys name was Ukyo.  King Ul'Tiraan sent his best warrior, and his only son Dol'Tiraan, to the surface to investigate the matter.  Ukyo left a wide trail and many witnesses, it wasn't long before Dol'Tiraan came before a great structure on the plains of Elenor in Sheran, it was huge, its very tip resting among the clouds, Dol'Tiraan knew through rumor that this was the famed Citadel, where Ukyo and companions rested from time to time, boldly he strode forward.
He was then knocked from his feet by a great crash, looking up he saw two men burst through one of the Citadels walls and rage a battle across the sky!  Dol'Tiraan was frightened indeed, how could they fly without wings?!  After a few moments the two men, one a three eyed Triclops, the other a lavender haired youth with strange sigla tattooed on his skin, ceased their struggle, the Triclops bid the other farewell and shot off into the sky, Dol'Tiraan had overheard a bit of the conversation, the Triclops had called the man Ukyo!  Dol'Tiraan spread his wings and flew upward, he greeted Ukyo, who seemed no older then he, Ukyo invited him to stay but Dol'Tiraan was on an important mission, if Ukyo would please come to Tiraanai the capital of Tiraan then all would be explained.
And so they flew to Tiraan, Ukyo having to slow down for Dol'Tiraan, when they reached the floating island Ukyo was amazed that such a large object could suspend itself in the sky, Dol'Tiraan proudly related the tale of how his people left the surface to live among the clouds.

    Ukyo and King Ul'Tiraan held a long audience with, at Ukyo's request, Dol'Tiraan present, Ukyo and Dol'Tiraan had formed a bond of friendship and Ukyo was less then comfortable among the Skie-Jin.  Ul'Tiraan immediately saw that the rumors were true, Ukyo did indeed carry the blood of the Ryu-Jin, the Skie-Jin rejoiced, their friends and allies whom they thought dead where alive and well, and dwelled in two great cities, Dologanai and Dragonai, King Ul'Tiraan then secretly visited these two cities and swore an oath to Drakkunn to protect this secret with his life.

    Ever since then the Skie-Jin live for two things, soaring through the clouds, and protecting their allies cities.  And the first prince of the royal family is always named Dol'Tiraan, and is sent to Dologonai to become trained as a cleric of Drakkunn.
The current King was the youngest child in the family, his elder brother Dol'Tiraan being sent to Dologonai to become a cleric and the middle child being a girl, his sister Luh'aar, Dur'Tiraan has inherited the throne, he is a young man in his twenties and tries his best to be a fair ruler, his closest and most trusted advisor is his sister.

Character Creation: Skie-Jin rarely leave Tiraan, your excuse could be a special mission, simple wanderlust or you could be one of those few Skie-Jin sent to be raised by the Ryu-Jin on Realms surface.  Skie-Jin are partial to Social and/or Physical stats.

Appearance: Skie-Jin look human save for the large bird like wings that protrude from their backs,
these wings function and give them the ability to fly.  Skie-Jin usually are fair haired, with colors like platinum blond and silver, eyes are almost always sky blue.

Starting Stats: 4 in Willpower, 5 in Ability Points.  15 Freebies while generating.

Life Span: 90 years.

Weakness: Skie-Jin are creatures of the air, they love open sky and absolutely despise dark and small cramped spaces.  Minus 2 to all stats when inside cramped places like caves and, stats return to normal when lead to a more comfortable place.
