The Firing Line!

Anyway, kudos go to SgtEvans for the bulk of the groundwork to make this first Tourney a success with a game that has its problems; and to all the participants for their great sportsmanship and humour in the face of all the con problems.

The next tourney should even be better!

GDS Challenge,
was it really a challenge?

Hey! hey!hey! :) I am back!! After a month long spell I finally had the time to write something. The GDS Challenge, was it really a challenge? Well for the organizers it was a reall challenge so to speak! Behind the scenes there were countless meetings that almost led to nowehere and a lot of  ideas on setting up the Tourney. It was also a challenge for us to make people play a game that is unreliable when it comes to playing it via the zone! There was hardship along the way, some members suddenly loss their apetite for the game because the patch wasn't really able to fix things or didn't meet their expectations. And because of that the GDS was also greatly affected. So right now, the GDS core group remains. Except for a couple of members, but this doesn't matter really. To me it was all about having friends and enjoying each others company on the zone. Sharing each others ideas and strategies.

So now we are back to a handful again but still solid in our ideas and friendship :) Thank you so much for participating in this venture! Have a good one!
