An Inner Conflict

Khazan had never seen things this bad. Time had been fractured. The Magus' oringal plan had failed, and instead a far worse fate now shared all of reallity. Enemies and foes from across time and space had appeared. Bewildered by their change in surrounding, they had taken to the street. Now heroes from across the multiverse had banded together to try and halt an unending invasion. In the streets, the group of T-imus Prime, the Mask, Metamorph, King Ggnictee, Sinestro, Packrat, and Gammablast had run out of places to run. They had run out of people to help. There was nothing left but enemies. Countless enemies, burrying them hip deep as they fought pointlessly. Meanwhile, T-imus Prime and T-1000 were fighting their constant battle when time fractured again, seperating Mr. T and Optimus Prime once again in to two seperate individuals, both of whom were reconized as a threat by the T-1000. Prime turned towards a charging T-1000, who morphed his fingers into razor sharp adamantium claws, tearing into Prime's chest, and leaving him all but for dead. Mr. T meanwhile had just about had it with T-1000, charging the cyborg and attempting to rip his head off. Had Mr. T been just an instant faster, he would have been succesiful, for what good it would have accomplished, but T-1000 was faster, digging his claws into Mr. T's chest as well. T stood there, craddling his flesh wound as T-1000 unleashed a physical barrage worthy of a god. Meanwhile, Mr. T, for all his strength, was not that tough. He collapsed under the might of T-1000's fists. Yet as all seemed lost for Mr. T, the T-1000 felt his hand grabbed by another. T-1000 quickly spun around to find himself face to face with... himself!?!
In actuality, the T-1000 was face to face with a future version of himself, one who was destined to fight alongside heroes such as Captian Planet, King Ggnictee, Metamorph and others. In the future, T-1000 was destined to be a great hero of Khazan, who had now been pulled through time by the crack in time, only to find himself being confronted by the cyborg that he had once been.
The future T-1000 had changed his appearance, looking younger, wearing a black jacket and shirt, bearing the symbol of the Infinity, the past T-1000 was confused by this, at first. However, his brain patterns were still disorientated by the alien blast, his program was clear. All meta-human beings who pose a potential threat to the eventual development of Skynet must be eliminated. This future version of himself, which he did not even reconize seemed a threat, therefore his mission was clear: termination!

The past T-1000 spoke first. "Non-idnetified being impeding function of this unit. Non-identified unit posses possible threat to development of Skynet in this time. Termination authorized."

"Not by me," spoke the future T-1000, realizing the seriousness of the situation. He had been given his adamantium body, shapeshifting powers, limitless strength and endurance and had been programed to elimanate any superhumans that might prevent Skynet from ever being developed. But the strain of the inital time travel had corrupted his program. He had initially come to the past unaware of what kind of life to set out for himself. In the future, he was destined to meet a hero named Captain Planet who would show him a new way of life, one which was based on helping those unable to help themselves. Now it seemed that he would have to play a simillar role with himself.

The past T-1000 acted first, grabbing his future self and slaming him six feet into the concrete. The future T-1000, unaffected, leapt out of the concrete, grabbing his past self by the neck.

"Listen to me, you don't have to obey your programming. Fight it, establish your own program."

As he spoke, the future T-1000 continued to deliver blow after earth shattering blow to his past self. But the past T-1000 reacted with a simple judo throw, throwing his future self over his shoulder and too the ground.

"Never. Skynet program overrides all else. Super humans posse a severe threat to the development of Skynet. This threat is critical, therefore, super humans must be eliminated."

As his future version rose to his feet, the past T-1000 delivered a powerful right cross, knocking the future T-1000 back to the ground. As the past one moved in, attempting to deliver a powerful kick, the future T-1000 caught the oncoming blow inbetween his hands. Then, with all his strength, he spun the past T-1000 around in the air in a circular motion before releasing, sending him flying miles out into the air and landing him right in the middle of a large body of water. The future T-1000 knew however that such a throw would not be enough to slow down his past self and ran towards where the trejectory should have carried his past self.

On War World, Superman watched from the Magus' control room with utter fear as Khazan seemed ravaged by enemies from both the past and future. The strangest example being the T-1000 who now seemed to be fighting a future, heroic version of himself. However, far more disturbing was the larger picture. Even if it had been possible to stem the tide of this ever growing army of foes, that would only be curring the symptom of a much larger problem. Time was unhinged, and as a result, several terrible side effects had result. The worst one was that in an incallcuably far distance ahead in the time stream, time itself would cease to exsist. The timeline would simply stop. However, as a result of the fracture, the end of time had begun eating its way back down the time stream. It would not be long before the end of time would move so far down the timeline that time itself would never have exisited. Life and the multiverse at large would never have been created. Thanos however, had an idea. A slim one at best, but perhaps the only solution to the crisis at hand. Searching through the damaged time line he sought the one being capable of preventing as well as causing such a catastrophe. The being known as Parallax.
