The MP5K (Kurz, Ger. 'short') is the compact version of the MP5. Although in the market since the late-seventies, it was largely ignored by the special ops community, until the advent of the MP5K PDW (Personal Defence Weapon) in the early-ninties. With it's folding shoulder-stock, the MP5K PDW has the controllability of it's bigger brothers, while still being small enough to carry in a shoulder holster. Like the Five-Seven, the MP5 PDW comes fitted with a laser sight. Note: if the stock is folded, it takes an action to extend it.
