He is only remembered as a perceived juvenile because he could of been arrested by an incident in the vicinity of Douglas Raymond Byram's property. The bike thing with Doug is a long story! At the present time, if you ever get a chance to meet him, do not run in the opposite direction, ask him to fix your car even if there is nothing wrong with it. UPDATE! Billy came back to tree top a couple months ago to visit. He has a very macho voice and is an auto mechanic.
