There are several ways to increase your rank - achieve levels 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45; get dots one, two, three; and get 5, 10, 15, 20 recruits. It will also be possible to move up by being a very pro-active member (recruiting, helping, playing, policing). As for everything in this guild, suggestions are welcomed and encouraged.
