Local site with very informative reviews of new products, IT industry news, valuable comparison price lists from the leading shops in Singapore, classifieds and forums which are regularly visited by a large, enthusiastic, local community.
For the guitar player. Rich resource for songs, guitar tabs and lyrics. The novice guitarists are spoilt for choice in the internet age.
Software downloads. Some shareware, ie you have to pay to get the full version; some are freeware, ie you can keep them.
Be very selective, because there are too many to choose from. Always read the reviews first, and install software, like Quarterdecks's CleanSweep Deluxe, which monitors the installation, so that you can uninstall the programs that you have downloaded and tried, without fear that your system is contaminated with unnecessary files.
Napster and napigator are available here. Search for them. You will be amazed at the tremendous resource of MP3 music files that are available on the Net.
Better still. Subscribe to the newsletter they send out regularly to be informed new downloads or new updated versions.
