Well, I've beaten this game and it was just great.
I didn't like the ending all that much.
But hey, when you play a game as good as this, thats VERY minor.
One of the key features that Sierra and Valve were pushing was the AI(artificial intelligence).
The monsters we're made to "think" in a sense.
They will run away(they do this frequently) when they are outflanked.
The next time that you see your new found friend, he has brought 5 or 10 of HIS friends...
The game was built well upon the
Quake engine and the environments were plush, ranging from the amazingly realistic sounds to the
beautiful backgrounds, foregrounds, and characters.
