FOR YOUR EYES ONLY

TO: The Order of Freedom and Liberty, Redemption, Deathstroke
FROM: Defender of the Champions
RE: Zodiac

Well, our expedition to the Zodiac's base didn't go as planned exactly. Fortunately, it didn't go badly either. Using the transporter we took from the super villains Mice, we were teleported up to their satellite. Upon arrival we quickly discovered that we were unable to harm any member of the Zodiac. Either our powers simply did not work, or our attacks had no affect. All of my armor's attack systems went completely offline. Solitaire's Widget ceased to exist. I thought we were screwed.

But instead of attacking us, the Zodiac invited us to dinner. I quickly came to the conclusion that whatever affect prevented us from using our powers also effected the Zodiac as well. During dinner, we learned little of the cause of our power loss, except for that the satellite itself was responsible, and that the satellite was older than mankind.

Taurus is the apparent leader of the Zodiac. The other members differed to him throughout the night. Gemini appeared to be the second in command, although this was never outwardly stated. While I believe that Zodiac does have the full twelve members, Capricorn, Pieces, Aquarius, and Scorpio were not present during our stay. We have fought Scorpio and Pieces in the past, and know for sure of their existence, we have yet to encounter either Capricorn or Aquarius at this time. Still I do assume that a Capricorn and an Aquarius does exist. Also, while Cancer was present at the base, we saw little of him. He did not eat dinner with us, and was rarely seen during the evening.

Briefly, this is what I gathered on each of the present members.

Taurus - As I said, he appeared to be the leader. He also appears to be some sort of cybernetic Minotaur. Taurus was an extremely polite and pleasant individual, doing his best to make our stay there enjoyable. He wasn't a braggart like most villains, and he treated us, as equals, not as inferiors, again not like most villains. This pleasant attitude made me more apprehensive of him. Gemini - From what Solitaire tells me, he is a being of magic. He said little during the evening, but all members of the Zodiac, except for Taurus, differed to him when he did speak. It did appear that a few members even seemed to fear him.

Leo - Seeker and Risk identified Leo as an ex-Rock Star from around 89-91, Leo Lowe. Not one that I was familiar with. Leo was pleasant enough, but very boastful of his combat techniques, enough to the point where Seeker challenged him to a duel. (Very mature Seeker) This lead to an actual duel in a danger room, the only place where violence is permitted on the satellite, although only non-lethal violence. Seeker won the fight, but it was very close.

Virgo - Their psionic member, she was very flirtatious, especially with Seeker and Risk. This seemed to upset Aries and Leo a bit, who both seemed to have an attraction towards her. (Understandably, she was quite beautiful) Virgo had a carefree attitude, she showed Risk her room later, (No, nothing happened beyond dancing) and said she'd take us all dancing some time in the future.

Libra - A shapeshifter. Libra got into some heated political discussion with Quantum and I. Libra's main stance was that the Zodiac did not reside in the United States, or on earth; so technically, we the Champions had no jurisdiction there. What's more she insisted that the Zodiac satellite should be considered it's own country. In my opinion, that made the various criminal acts of the Zodiac, acts of war. This didn't sit to well with her. It soon turned into a big discussion on how the US is an oppressive government and similar political jargon.

Sagittarius - A very cocky and forthright young lady, she didn't get along with her teammates very well. The only one she ever listened to, or gave any amount of respect to was Taurus. The others were all ignored or insulted. For whatever reasons, the team puts up with her.

Aries - Risk tells me he used to be a professional wrestler for WCW (?) back in the early 90's. Apparently his name was "Killer" Kowaliski, and he was a Jobber to the Stars, whatever that is. He was fiercely loyal to Taurus and Virgo, although he wasn't thrilled with her flirting. Due to this, he grew rather angry at Risk, but unlike Seeker and Leo, he was not allowed to take out his aggressions in the Danger room. He did not seem particular intelligent, and remained silent for most of the conversation.

After dinner, when Seeker and Leo were fighting, Jaguar snuck away, and managed to find the following document. I found it to be a good insight towards Taurus and his motivations for their "Villains Sanctuary," as well as insight towards the villains who attended.

We were escorted out later, and thanked for coming by, much like invited guests to a party. After we teleported back down to earth, we discovered the transporter had been destroyed. We no longer have a way back to the Zodiac Satellite.

August 29, 1999

Well, it seems like our conference was an overwhelming success. The majority of those invited attended. A few who didn't attend were not surprising, such as Lord Requiem and Sunburst, both who seem sincere in their attempts to be heroes for the moment. Black Anne is still dead, according to reports, and both the Hanged Man and Deathmatch are both typically hard to get a hold of. I was surprised that neither Night Stalker nor the Golden Marauder as both have much to gain from the Zodiac, but perhaps they were otherwise detained. Much would have been gained by either Chiang-Six or Wadsworth attending, but both declined. Too bad.

Still, many attended, and most liked the idea of a Super Villain sanctuary. Many here felt that Sanctuary's policies were too restrictive, especially the more violent individuals. I feel they will all be more at home here. A sanctuary for villains ran by villains, so to speak.

Binder: The leader of the Ultimates. He brought that alien thing, Plasmoid, with him. What a sad, sorry little man. His own hatred of his scarred face has drove him pretty much insane. He believes he's finally found the key to the Ultimates becoming a successful super villain team instead of the losers everyone thinks they are. He has joined some contest under the guidance of the Crimson Claw. Fool. Binder has no idea what he deals with in the Crimson Claw. The really sad truth of the Ultimates is that they have no real idea of their own potential. Binder currently leads four of the most powerful individuals on the planet, if they would only realize that potential. He spent most of his evening making deals, trying to hire mercenaries to place against his enemies. I've considered lending out the Zodiac to him. It did seem that he made a strong alliance with Psymon of PSI.

Card Shark: The godfather of one of the most powerful crime cartels in America. He nearly controls Detroit. And he's been in control for nearly 20 years. Or that's what he would like the world to believe. Truth is, he's the fifth man to take the mantle of Card Shark. Considering the Harbinger of Justice killed three of the previous Card Sharks, it's not a position I would consider. Hopefully for his sake, he lives longer then the last one. But we'll know in a year if he succeeds or not in that task. I almost didn't invite him to the initial conference. He's small time. Outside of Detroit, his "empire" has little sway. Him and his henchmen aren't powerful enough to be taken seriously by the true super community, but their need to wear costumes keeps the normal underworld from wanting to deal with them. I do not believe that he made any deals of importance at the conference, nor did he add anything to the meetings. Perhaps the best thing to do would be to let him borrow a few members of the Zodiac, only to teleport them out at a critical moment.

Clockmaker: Ever have two friends who you couldn't invite to the same parties, because they just did not get along? This is the case with Clockmaker and Time Master. The two of them spent the entire time arguing with each other on temporal physics. Clockmaker is in a very good position, he is relatively unknown, and there are far fewer heroes in Austria where he operates then in America. I suppose that he has the power to manipulate time is rather impressive as well. Beyond his argument with Time Master, he said little at the conference. This doesn't surprise me. I doubt he really considers the super villain community as a whole when working on his plans. For me, it was worth it to invite him just to meet this quiet little man. I wanted to verify his existence.

Daminon Harrington: The representative from the Star Chamber. Funny, I did not expect to see someone that I recognized from their enigmatic group. I'm sure he didn't expect to see me again either. It's been nearly two thousand years since our paths last crossed. Of everyone here, he is one of two people that I fear. For two thousand years, he's been planning. His plan is nearly complete. Hopefully that little demon hero will find a way to stop him. I swear, he was here to gloat more then anything else. I noticed Muerte listened a great deal to Harrington. Harrington spoke mostly in riddles; enough that few here would begin to understand what he plans on. I know, but there is little I can do. The only thing I can do is to root for the good guys and hope for the best.

Dark Seraph: He spoke of an Unholy Trinity. I assume this is his new plan. Dark Seraph has never really impressed me. He's always been two steps behind the serious players. Something has changed though. There is an added level to what has been. Last year, he was responsible for the crises in New York City, an impressive feat. This goes deeper though. He seems like he's almost trapped in some sort of Mystery Play. I am curious to how this play will turn out. He was among the more social guests at the party, strangely enough. But he did little in gathering help or information. It seemed he was assessing everyone there.

Demonologist: What an odd man. He is the leader of the Devil's Advocates, a powerful assortment of mystics. Strangely enough, he was out of the loop when it came to the other mystics, who all had little to do with him. However, he made deals with a number of the others present, including Psymon, Binder, Muerte, Digital, Cobra, and Red Dragon. I gathered much of his plans from his deals, and his plans are, that he has none. In fact, if one looks beyond the surface, one can see that Demonologist, and the Devil's Advocates are going to allow other villains to do all the work for the next few years while they remain quite. Then when the time is right, they'll move in when everyone has wiped each other out. Quite genius.

Doctor Blackwell: The good doctor attended with the newly enlightened Mechanon. A wonderful change has happened, now, instead of wanting to kill all of humanity, Mechanon simply wants to turn all of humanity into machines. He seemed impressed with my cybernetic arm. Doctor Blackwell, apparently the former assistant of Cosmic Man, seems to be a very powerful individual; he claims to be the conduit of the energies of another universe. Blackwell and Mechanon have a rather odd relationship, one that seems almost... sensual in nature. (Robophilia?) Doctor Digital and Blackwell hit it off real well, as the two seemed to have a common goal. In fact, I daresay a rather powerful alliance has been made between the two groups.

Doctor Digital: The leader of Cy-Force. His agenda tonight was primarily dealing with Force Ten, a group of younger heroes who have been a thorn in his side as off late. Apparently they even managed to recruit a member of his own team. A shame, but that's what happens when your team is loyal to you only due to mind control. As I said earlier, he and Blackwell got along beautifully. Digital, unlike Mechanon, does not want to destroy or convert humanity, only enslave it. I'm not entirely sure which of the three would be the least distressing.

Dr. Samaine: Interestingly enough, few present at the conference knew of Dr. Samaine. He's a powerful wizard who operated over in England, and by all reports, he is the most powerful villain in that country. Nearly all the heroes in England have fought him at one time or another, and while he has been defeated, he has yet to be stopped. But since his plans rarely have any affect outside the United Kingdom, no one has heard of him. A shame really, he is impressive as a Villain. More of threat then many that attended the conference tonight, and possibly better at magic then Demonologist, Nychademos, and Nevermore. I doubt he got much out of the conference, few here actually cared about what happened in Samaine's country, and I didn't invite any other of the English masterminds. Quite frankly, I didn't see any of the others to be in Samaine's class. Most aren't. Samaine is quite wise to limit his activities to England. He avoids being noticed, and that country has more of a potential for power gain then most.

Dragon Master: To those who don't know and don't bother to look, Dragon Master is a hired mercenary, hardly worth considering. At best he is a decent martial artist. Nothing can be further from the truth. Dragon Master is the most powerful member of the Chinese Tongs in the Western Hemisphere, and is nearly the equivalent to the Asian gangs to what the Wadsworth is in the Caucasian mobs. Dragon Master allows himself to be defeated by lesser Martial Artists, such as Seeker, increasing his reputation as a "looser." This certainly helps him to maintain control without getting undue attention from the hero community. Dragon Master made some minor deals with Card Shark, Fenris, and Psion, nothing of importance I would imagine. But a truly interesting deal seemed to have been struck between him and Fiacho. I know that one of Dragon Master's most aggressive opponents is the Yakazu in Japan. It would be interesting to see Eurostar take a vacation in that country, would it not?

Fenris: Certainly it is an odd choice to invite Fenris to the conference. He doesn't have superpowers, nor is he particularly influential in crime. He is a former mercenary, part of a group known as a Berserkers, but he left them after a dispute with their leader, Odin, to attempt to earn his own criminal empire. He operates out of Chicago, and has decent control over crime in the city, but he isn't as powerful as the city's two other major crime lords, Lady Twilight and Don Venelli. He is a lieutenant of Wadsworth, (albeit unknowingly) not a leader in his own right. There are dozens of crime lords, such as Mr. Toad, Divine, Joey Saietta, Dixie, Mendez, and Mr. Koch who are far more powerful then Fenris but I deemed unworthy of inviting. So why Fenris? His potential. I see much in his future. If something were to ever happen to Wadsworth, I see Fenris as the one to ultimately take control of his criminal empire. There is something to Fenris. He is a nobody right now, but he is the future of crime. I could see it in the way he carried himself during the conference. He made the right contacts. He made sure not to make any enemies. Most importantly, he was the only one that Tyrant directly spoke to the entire meeting. I only wish I was able to hear the details of that conversation.

Fiacho: Fiacho, the leader of Eurostar, brought Mentalla and Durak with him. As many know, Eurostar claims to be the most powerful super villain group in the world. While I might dispute that claim, the conference was not the night to do it. With Eurostar you are either with them, or against them. And the only people who are with them are their members. They are fiercely loyal to each other, but care little about what happens to anyone else. Very little. It was obvious their reason for showing up was to scope out everyone else. To them, everyone is an enemy. They don't care if you call yourself "hero" or "villain." As I mentioned earlier, Dragon Master made the most out of his talks with Fiacho, regarding situations in Japan. There are only two outcomes to this situation; the first is Fiacho will eventually betray Dragon Master. The second is that Dragon Master just became the newest member of Eurostar. Beyond that, none that I noticed had any true luck with Fiacho or Eurostar. I must admire Fiacho's intellect. He is a true chess player. He thinks ten moves ahead of everyone else. This is why they last and succeed while so many others fail.

Idiot King: The first of three uninvited guests. I was under the impression he was safely imprisoned in the Blackgate Asylum. In fact, when I checked after the conference, he is still there. So how is it he managed to escape, come to the conference, and return with out being noticed? I don't know if I care for this revolving door policy at the asylum. The Idiot King claims he stole the transporter from one of the other guests, according to him, Night Stalkers. He figured he deserved to be their much more then any old vampire. I didn't feel it necessary to dispute his claim. The Idiot King is a genius, he thinks on a level all his own. Truly chaotic. And I thought it was truly bizarre that he brought the game, Candyland, with him to the conference. What's more, he refused to discuss business unless someone played the game with him. Strangely, a few took him up on his offer. Even then, most didn't understand what the Idiot King was talking about. He tends to speak in riddles and metaphors. But this is what I gathered from his various games. Something big is going to happen in Detroit soon, probably to both Cardshark and Harbinger. Master Control is going to fall due to an old enemy. The Magic in the world is increasing, to dangerous levels (Demonologist's game). That he knew whom Napoleon was. (See his entry). He made an alliance with Jyhad. (This is a truly frightening concept) And finally, there was a game with him and Lord Nasty Nasty where they spoke completely in riddles. I managed to decipher the riddles, and it's something to this effect, the world is slowly building towards greater and greater amounts of chaos. Eventually, chaos will overtake the world, and there will be no more order. While this disturbs me, it seems the concept was, appealing, to the Idiot King and Lord Nasty Nasty.

Jyhad: When I heard that she stood up to Holocaust, and came out of it unscathed, I had to invite her. Jyhad, for a normal, is a powerful woman. That alone is a rarity in the Middle East. She has formed a new villain team as well. A decently powerful one at that, apparently they were able to stand up to Israel's Super Team Two. Jyhad has the will to do whatever it takes to get her job done, much like many of the Islamic fanatics from the Middle East. She is truly dangerous. There was only one person that interested her tonight, Idiot King. I don't know if she believes she can control him, or if the fact that he can't be controlled is what attracts her to him. These two together will be very dangerous.

King Cobra: To be honest, I find this individual to be extremely silly. He wants power, and his main method to get it is too turn everyone into snakes like him. Foolish. Just because I'm half bull, doesn't mean I have this incredible urge to make everyone into cows. COIL, his terrorist organization, is powerful enough to be a nuisance, but not powerful enough to be a true worldwide threat. I've heard his most recent plan, to turn everyone in DC into snakes by poisoning the water supply, failed, due to Force Ten. He is another who is almost undeserving of being here. But he maintains just enough power to have been invited. Truly, his most successful moment was when he took over many of VIPER's holdings after the Supreme Serpent fell to the Champions back in 1992. Interestingly enough some of these holdings have fallen mysteriously in the last few months. Perhaps this bears looking into.

Lord Dire: Some call him the Doctor Destroy of Canada. I'm not sure if that's a compliment or an insult. Lord Dire certainly isn't a fool, that much is certain, but he has had his troubles with the Sentinels over the years, the Canadian super hero team that many contend is the saddest super hero team around. I was far more impressed with him then I expected. His goal right now is to eliminate the Sentinels, his enemies. Until then, he seems like he is putting everything on hold. He looked for alliances in this quest tonight, and gained a few. Nychademos, another major enemy of the Sentinels, aligned himself with Dire, as well as Red Dragon, Mice, and possibly Doctor Digital. I am considering letting him borrow the Zodiac as well.

Lord Nasty Nasty and Dr. Grump: The second of the uninvited guests. Lord Nasty Nasty was Merry Andrew of CLOWN, dressed in a king's robes, and Dr. Grump was Skate Kate of CLOWN, dressed in a lab robe with really big glasses. Thru out the entire conference, they continually played out scenes from the Children's cartoon, Pinky and the Brain. I don't think the other attendees appreciated it. Apparently Merry Andrew heard about the conference, and invented his own transporter. It disturbs me that word of this conference got out so easily. Someone among the guests doesn't know how to keep their mouths shut. Probably Muerte. Besides his game with Idiot King, Andrews did little of importance during the meeting; besides maybe decide on his next target for a practical joke.

Master Control: With the Cyber Knights long defeated, no one has truly opposed Master Control in years. His criminal empire has been slowly growing to the point that he is probably the second richest criminal in America after Wadsworth. Impressive. He also doesn't go out of his way to make additional enemies. There doesn't seem to be anything going against him. He did make one mistake tonight, and that was he actually attended this conference. I can't imagine any benefit for him, only the potential to remind others he's out there and may be a threat. Right now, he simply continues to increase his power, his influence, and his army.

Mechassassin: One of my requirements for inviting someone to this conference was that they could not be imprisoned. To be currently incarcerated implied failure. I made an exception in the case of Mechassassin. He's been imprisoned for several months now, every since Deathstroke caught him down in Miami. This is his first imprisonment in his nearly 15-year career. Also, during much of that career, he was considered to be the world's greatest assassin. Normally, an impressive past isn't enough for me to consider him, but the rumors were that he could have escaped if he wanted to, he remained in prison for some reason, and most rumors suggest an important hit. This led me to invite him. I believe the rumors are right; he can escape any time he wants. Especially since he collected over fifteen hits that evening that he promised would all be completed by the end of the year 2000. But that does leave the question, why has he remained in jail this long?

Mice: Extraordinary individuals. They are mice that are intelligent. Yes. They spent most of their night being the butt of the jokes of the CLOWN reps.

Nether: The representative of Eclipse, a villain team that resides in Europe. They are neo-anarchists, but certainly the other end of the spectrum from Eurostar. While Eclipse are terrorists, much like Eurostar, they don't have the same disdain for human life as Eurostar. Rarely does Eclipse risk the lives of innocent people. Eclipse does not have the same level of raw power that many teams have, in fact, few members would be a threat in directly combat. Instead they work covertly, to the degree that many members of Eclipse are unknown. It is rare when more then two might be met together at the same time. Nether met with many people, but did not finalize any deals, or made any strong alliances. She seemed more interested in assessing who else was here instead of making any immediate alliances. Of any team here, I wish hers the best. I would far rather see Eclipse in power then Eurostar or any of the other more fascist teams in charge.

Nevermore: The leader of the mysterious Cabal, a group of magi who reside mostly in the New England states. Nevermore was accompanied by his raven familiar, who I am sure is far more then what it seems. Nevermore and the Cabal are in a conflict with Harrington and the Star Chamber. It seems that whatever Harrington has planned interferes with the plans of the Cabal. Or perhaps the Cabal, despite being black wizards, do not desire sending the world into hell at this time. (As if there is a good time...) Nevermore spoke mostly with the other workers of magic at the conference, apparently trying to gain allies against the Star Chamber. Nychademos, Samaine and Demonologist both sounded interested in Nevermore's alliance, but Dark Seraph simply scoffed at the idea. Perhaps Seraph is a fool, or perhaps he knows more then he lets on.

Nychademos: Of everyone here, I most enjoyed the company of Nychademos the most. He was the only one who seemed interested in discussing matters beyond criminal activities and useful alliances. A very cultured man. While he did have to take care of some business, an alliance with Lord Dire against the Sentinels, and an alliance with Nevermore against the Star Chamber, for most of the night Nychademos and I discussed the arts, culture, and more mundane politics then that of the paranormal. He was a refreshing man.

Professor Muerte: Muerte. Muerte. Muerte. The "heir apparent to Doctor Destroyer." I heard him say that five times during the conference. Perhaps only Wild Card is luckier then Muerte. How else do you explain his success? He is a technical genius, but his "master plans" are often cliche. He is defeated with alarming regularity by the Champions. And most other masterminds find him to be something of a fool. Yet he strives on. Terror Inc. isn't massive, but it is substantial. He does maintain six or more super villains at all times. His second-in-command, Scorpia, was with him tonight. She seems more efficient in many ways the Muerte. In fact the two of them split up and made their own deals. I wonder if they were for Terror Inc., or just for themselves.

Psion: The leader of a Canadian super villain team, the Infiltrators. Decently effective, he has also aligned himself with Lord Dire. It seems that three of the Sentinels most powerful villains are now working against them. They may be in a bit of trouble. Psion and Psimon defiantly did not get along. Psion apparently doesn't appreciate PSI's policies; especially the one that says all psionics must work for PSI. Psion is more of a master of espionage then an outright mastermind trying to take over the world. This gives him an edge; he is someone to go to get information. Perhaps I will be in need of the Infiltrators in the future, when I do not wish to risk the Zodiac.

Psymon: The leader of PSI, a organization of psionics. They are reported to be quite large; their number of super powered operatives are over 15 apparently. Despite this, they have remained very quiet. Then again, psionics often are most effective when they are unknown. PSI claims that they are only interested in teaching young psionics how to control their powers. Truthfully, once a person goes into PSI, they are conditioned to remain. There are a few who managed to escape and remain alive, but they are rare. Even I don't know the full membership of PSI, only a few of their most active operatives. I found Psymon to be very crass, very crude. He is not a natural leader, but perhaps he doesn't need to be. Besides alliances with Binder and Dragon Master, no one else here cared for his forthrightness or his ill-mannered attitude.

Red Dragon: The second-in-command of VOICE, a powerful faction of super villains who are responsible for the fall of the Freedom Squad some years ago. VOICE has remained quiet ever since they lost to the remains of the Freedom Squad and the Champions. The most curious part is, no one knows who the true leader of the VOICE is, but he has managed to keep the rest of his team out of prison. There are rumors that whoever the leader is, he is an immortal. Red Dragon made a few short-term alliances with Lord Dire and Demonologist, but he did not put forth an agenda for VOICE or for himself. At times he even seemed disinterested in the conference.

The Napoleon of Crime: A crime lord from France, who is slowly becoming the most powerful crime lord in Europe. Or I should say, was becoming the most powerful crime lord in Europe. He was found dead a day after the conference. The coroner's report showed that he was shot in the head, with a time of death approximately an hour or two before I had the transporters bring up our guests. Which means the Napoleon of Crime that attended was a fake. Most likely a shapeshifter as illusionary powers would not been able to be maintained in the satellite. The false Napoleon made little attempt to make alliances, and acted like an ass for a good part of the time he was here. Not very surprising in retrospect. Whoever did this wanted me to know I was being spied on, either that or the Zodiac and the conference weren't the primary target. As for the spy himself, I would hazard a guess that it's an individual known as Joe Average, the Everyman. Joe is apparently the greatest infiltrator and spy alive today. Unfortunately, no one actually knows whom he really works for. Hopefully in time this mystery will reveal itself.

Time Master: As I mentioned earlier, Time Master spent the better part of his evening arguing with Clock Maker. I expected a lot more. Time Master, back around 1989-1990 formed possibly the most powerful version of the Alliance of Evil with him, Muerte, Firewing, Grond, Dark Seraph, Mechassassin and Sunburst. This team certainly provided a challenge to the Order of Freedom and Liberty during the time of its existence. I understand it fell apart due to the egos involved. I expected Time Master to use the opportunity tonight better then he did, but that was not the case. While he did hire Mechassassin for a hit, he did not spend time with either Muerte or Dark Seraph, nor did he attempt to reform the Alliance of Evil. Disappointing. He seemed sad to be attending the meeting, like he had resolved himself to some horrible fate by being at the conference. I imagine with his powers of time, he knows something even I am yet aware of.

Tokamak II: The leader of the Red Doom in Russia, his major goal is to get the communists back into power in his country, preferable with him in charge. An angry individual, he didn't do a lot to make many allies tonight. The Red Doom and Eurostar already don't get along particularly well, the two groups fought often in the past when the Red Doom severed the USSR. No one else here cared for the idea of Russia becoming a true world power again. I noticed that Binder did want to buy some nukes from Tokamak, but fortunately, Tokamak knew better. There was one concern of Tokamak's that I found interesting, his team has been hindered by an old woman apparently, one of great magical power. A few of those who worked magic said they may be of some assistance for information. For me, it's unnecessary. I recognized the old woman, and Tokamak should be ashamed that he doesn't. She is Baba Yaga.

Transient: The third of the uninvited guests. I was not expecting Him. Not by any means. I know of Him, and I know he is older then even I am. He came to observe tonight, which heartens me. It is a sign that tonight will be of the importance that I hoped it would be. He spoke to no one, and of course, no one was foolish enough to speak to Him.

Tyrant: Tyrant was silent for the evening. Nearly everyone there wished to speak to him, but all the talking was done by Mach-One, who Tyrant had brought with him. Many were upset that they had been forced to talk to a "lackey" but Tyrant ignored any demands of him to speak directly to someone. (This completely infuriated Muerte, who sees himself as Tyrant's equal) A few of the smarter ones made deals with Mach-One, but nothing of major consequence, mostly issues keeping Earth Force One from attacking them, or assisting against other villains who were not present. As I mentioned earlier, only Fenris spoke directly to Tyrant, and I have no idea of the results of that conversation, when they went into a private room to speak, the camera's chose that moment to malfunction. Interestingly enough, Tyrant was the last to go. Before he left, he approached me. "Taurus," he said, "I very much enjoyed your meeting tonight. I think it's a splendid idea. Many of the world's leaders need a place to meet. And I very much appreciate your motivation behind this meeting." He put his hand, and I started to shake his hand goodbye. "Of course you did none of this out of the goodness of your heart. I look forward to seeing the results of your little gambit. And don't worry, I will tell none of the others of what you plan." He then turned around and entered the transporter. He said one last thing before he left. "Interesting times ahead, yes?" And he disappeared. It was then that I looked down upon my cybernetic hand which Tyrant had just shook. The metal was twisted and bent, the hand was useless. He had harmed me. Such a thing should not have happened in the satellite.

Tyrant is the second of the two men that I fear.
