Everyone is at the hospital because Phoebe is ready to have the babies. Joey gets a pain in his lower back and ends up in a hospital room of his own. Monica and Chandler are still trying to hide their relationship from everyone, but it's becoming increasingly difficult, especially when Rachel tries to set up dates for her and Monica. Phoebe's original doctor is unable to come, so she gets a crazy doctor who is obsessed with the Fonz from Happy Days.
