Averi turned off the water of the shower. She wrapped her towel around her body. She walked out into her room just in time to hear her phone ringing.
"What timing" she muttered.
Averi ran over to her phone and picked it up.
"Yeah?"
"Hi, Averi?"
"Yes?"
This is Kevin. You know from the club last night?"
"Yeah, hi Kevin."
"I was wondering if you are doing anything today?"
"Um, no I don't think so, why?"
"I was wondering if you wanted to go to the beach with my friends and me."
"Uh, yeah that sounds like fun."
"Ok, well I'll pick you up at 12:30."
"Ok, that sounds good."
"What's your address?"
Averi gave Kevin her address. They hung up and Averi went to get ready.

Kevin ran upstairs and took a shower. He got dressed and did his hair.
"What the hell is wrong with me? I'm going to the beach, yet I'm making sure my hair looks perfect. I never knew a girl could make me this way."
Kevin turned off his bathroom light and walked downstairs. He looked at the clock and plopped down on the couch.
I still have a half-hour before I have to pick her up. I should have told her an earlier time so I could have seen her.
Kevin watched some stupid TV show until it was time for him to pick up Averi. He jumped off the couch enthusiastically. He couldn't wait to see her again.
Kevin locked the door to his house and made his way to his car. His thoughts were on Averi all the way to her apartment. That's when he realized that she was the only thing he had thought of since the night before.
