Averi went over to her dresser. She pulled out her royal blue bikini. She got out a light blue tank top and a pair of khaki shorts. She quickly got dressed then went back into the bathroom. She pulled her long, brown hair up into a messy bun. She then put on some waterproof mascara, brushed her teeth and went downstairs. She sat on her couch and watched some Saturday morning cartoons.
Averi's phone started ring. She reached for the phone next to the couch, hoping it wasn't Kevin calling to cancel.
"Hello?"
"Hi Aves!"
"Oh hi Blaire."
"Are you doing anything today?"
"Yeah, I'm sorry."
"It's ok, I was just bored. I was gonna see if you wanted to go to the movies or something with me. So what are you doing?"
"Remember Kevin from the club last night?"
"Yeah, he was hot."
"Well I'm going to the beach with him and his friends."
"So, any hot guys?"
"I don't know, if there is I'll try and hook you up."
"Ok, thanks. So what are you wearing?"
"Blaire, I never knew you were like that!"
"Averi! You know what I meant."
"I know. I was giving you a hard time. I'm wearing my blue bikini, a light blue tank top and khaki shorts."
"Sounds cute."
Averi heard a knock at her door.
"He's here Blaire. I gotta go."
"Bye."
"Bye."

Kevin got out of his car. He made his way up to her door and knocked.
"Hold on" he heard through the door.
The door swung open and he saw Averi. She looked incredibly cute in her outfit.
"Hey Averi."
"Hi Kevin come on in."
Kevin walked into her apartment. She led him down a short hall into her living room. It was rather large. It had a medium sized TV against the far wall with a stereo next to it. To his left were a chair and a shelving unit with books and pictures on it. On the wall across from the TV was a couch. He also noticed a guitar in the corner.
"You have a nice apartment."
"Thanks. You can have a seat if you'd like. I'll be just a minute. I can't find my sandals."
"Take your time. We don't have to meet everyone for a little while."
"Ok."
Averi rushed around looking for her sandals. Kevin smiled as he thought once again about how cute she was.
