A ntioch communities around the world are, more or less, the same. The communities are composed of a bunch of kids ages 15 to 21 (except in Alabang because of die-hards like Doran Sordo) who got together for various teenage reasons. Thankfully, most of us decided to stay for the right reasons: friendship, camaraderie, love and faith. Antioch communities have sprouted all over the world and it is no surprise that it found its way to the Philippines.

It draws on a wide range of young people and offers an on-going opportunity to develop self-esteem and spirituality in a welcoming and supportive environment. The Antioch experiences starts with a weekend experience (we strongly encourage everybody to attend) and continues with weekly prayers meetings to discuss issues on what it is to be a Christian youth in today's society.

Antioch provides a means to have fun and experience the Christian lifestyle at the same time. It gives substance to our life experiences and offers friendship and camaraderie. In Antioch, you need only bring yourself. That was all that Jesus asked for, so neither should we require that you bring anything more than that.

Predominantly a community composed of Christian youth, Antioch communities strive to bring the youth together and make them productive and constructive members of society. To know more about our history and that of other communities, click on the links on the left hand-side column.
