Rules of Conduct
Army members are held 100% accountable for the actions of their buju's. As a result army members may be dismissed based their buju's actions. I encourage people to choose their buju's wisely.
Reasons for Expulsion
There are several reasons for expulsion, these include but are not restricted to:
- Theft from army hall and/or army members or from non army members
- Harassment of other players
- Excessive ksing
- Excessive pking
- Threatening or blackmailing the army or army members
- The use of racist, predacious, or vulgar language in army chat
1. Theft from army hall and/or army members or from non army members
Army members will not steal from army members or non army members. This includes but is not restricted to; taking another players monster drop, raiding death piles for items or cash, and purposely killing another player (tagged or untagged) with the intent of taking their items or cash.
Any army member caught stealing from or attempting to scam another player out of their cash or items will face permanent expulsion unless the items or cash is returned. If the items or cash are not returned the army member will also face retaliation by army.
2. Harassment of other players
Any army member participating in the harassment of other players will face temporary or permanent expulsion and/or retaliation by army. Individual circumstances will be reviewed.
Harassment is defined as but is not restricted to; excessive and/or intentional ksing, intentional tagging of other characters, excessive pking of non tagged players, intentional use of skills such as sleep, voodoo, soul crush etc. with out provocation against another players with the intent to cause mischief, standing in front of or on a slept or dead character to prevent revival.
This rule is strictly enforced and is extended to include the harassment of army members and non army members.
3. Excessive ksing
Army members will not actively participate in the act of ksing army members and non army members. If an army member accidentally ks's I ask that you apologise and offer to replace the monster which was killed. Army members who continually ks other players will be retaliated against by army.
4. Excessive pking
Army members will not actively participate in the act of excessively pking other players.
Pking does NOT include attacking a tagged character and/or attacking another player provided there is a legal retaliation in play.
Army members will not maliciously attack other army members out side of the BA or BD. Army members are forbidden to attack tagged army members with damaging skills unless the tagged army member has given permission to do so.
In a situation where a dispute between one or more army members leads to one army member attacking and killing another, individual circumstances will be considered. Consequences may include temporary/permanent expulsion of one or more army members.
Disputes between army members are to be brought to the commanders attention as soon as possible.
5. Threatening or blackmailing the army or army members
Threatening or blackmailing the army for personal gain is not tolerated. Demands will NOT be met. Any army member threatening or blackmailing the army will be immediately expelled and black listed from the army.
Army members are forbidden to threaten army members and non army members. Army members who are caught threatening another player may face expulsion.
6. The use of racist, predacious, or vulgar language in army chat
Any army member caught in the act of using racist, predacious, or vulgar language in the army chat will be reported to the GM's. Temporary expulsion will be considered. Permanent expulsion will be enforced if the problem continues.
