What you attempt depends on your server. If you are very ambitious and have a server that will accept cgi scripts, see the scripts available from the site listed in the "Resources" link and try using one on your site.

If you are not so eager to tackle cgi, try pasting one of the pre-formatted scripts available from your server to put a guest book, counter or clock on your homework page. (You don't have to keep it there, but at least have it up for two weeks so the instructor can review it.)

If nothing else, try putting one of the forms for Amazon.com or Barnes & Noble or other vendor on your homework page. (Again, you don't have to keep it there, but at least have it up so the instructor can see how you put it in.)

By doing at least one of these preformatted scripts you may get some idea of how they work.
