A Library filled with (of course) librarians who are psionically related -- Seers, Psiportation, telepathy. Connected to the Psionic orders of the desert of the Great Waste - Order of Secrets (telepathy), Sanddrifters (psiport), Sandmaidens (Telekenesis), and the Cursed order of Seers. The Librarians are all powerful and even the library pages have some hint of power that remains hidden for the general public and patrons. Because psionic are an old power in the World of Azerius, and a mostly forgotten power form, the books and research related to the lost race of halflings becomes very important. Thus the great library should be located close the great waste, perferabily near the mountain cities of Shar-myth and Shar-bay.
