    • The basic message is the same, but this one actually happened to me Me and my friends Mike and John were sitting around one night, just talking, and somehow or another, the subject of S.T.D.'s came up.

    I had had a brief fling with a girl a couple months earlier, and had come down with a nasty cold sore as a result, so I had already taken my share of ribbing about, ummm, *private* diseases...

    I hear ya.

    So someone asked what gonorrhea does to you, and Mike explained the basic symptoms (I don't know how he knew this, come to think of it) and that it can be fatal.

    Gonorrhea, cha cha cha...

    Now I was surprised by this, because I had thought that the only really fatal STD's were AIDS and maybe syphilis. Unfortunately, my way of expressing my surprise was to yell "WHAT? GONORRHEA IS FATAL!!??" "Whoa!" said John, "Cat's out of the bag! MEAOW!" and everyone laughed at me. Needless to say, neither I, nor the previously mentioned girl have managed to live down this incident. Once again, and in plainer terms, THINK before you SPEAK dammit!
