Scan International Chapter 27 is located in San Jose California, spearheaded by several good-looking Brothers like Bro. Rudy Sagabaen, Bro. Frank Avila, Bro. Elvin San Diego with the help of Bro. Jess Juani and Arber, plus some other key players (listed below).
Until lately, Scan has expanded and reached Fremont Locale in California, lead by another 2 good-looking Brothers, namely Bro. Prody Vergara better known as "Don Pepe" and Bro. Ben Dela Cruz "Fremont computer geek", the 2 Brothers join Scan San Jose Chapter 27, way back in 1996.
