Founders:

Fred Talarico has 25 years of experience in the electrical industry and is a licensed master electrician. Fred has been in the electrical contracting business since 1984. He is President of Talco Electrical Construction, Inc., an electrical construction contracting firm, founded in 1995, and of Multimedia Solutions, Inc., a communications networking contract firm, established in 1999. Fred is currently on the Board of Directors for the State of Montana Chapter NECA (National Electrical Contractors Association) and has been since 1994. Since that time, he has also been on the NECA inside wireman contract negotiating committee. Also, Fred has been on the NECA low voltage contract negotiating committee since 1999. Fred served 4 years of apprentice training through the NJATC (National Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee) and has been on the Board of Directors for the State of Montana Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee since 1994.

Steve Nuckols is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) with over 6 years of experience in designing and installing large campus network systems. Prior to co-founding Multimedia Solutions, Inc., Steve worked as a project manager and estimator for the INC (Institutional Network Communications) division of Telemedia Communications, Inc. Steve is a member of BICSI and NECA. Steve is an AMP certified installer, AMP certified technician, and an AMP certified designer.
